This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your information.

1. Data we collect

We collect only what we need to deliver and protect the service:

  • Account data — your name, email address, and password (stored only in hashed form), plus the plans and orders associated with your account.
  • Device and fraud-prevention signals — a device fingerprint and related technical signals used to detect and prevent fraud and abuse, and to keep your account secure.
  • Usage data — how you interact with the app and website, plan activation and validity status, and diagnostic information that helps us improve the service. We do not see the content of your internet traffic.
  • Payment data — processed by Stripe. Click Mobile does not store your full card number; Stripe handles card data securely under its own terms.

2. Why we use your data

We use your data to:

  • create and manage your account;
  • provision, activate, and support your eSIM plans;
  • process payments and prevent fraud;
  • provide customer support and respond to your requests;
  • improve reliability, performance, and the overall product experience;
  • meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

3. Who we share data with

We share data only with service providers who help us run Click Mobile, and only as needed:

  • Stripe — payment processing. Card data is handled by Stripe, not stored by us.
  • Telna — our network partner, to provision and deliver eSIM connectivity.
  • Sentry — crash and error reporting so we can fix problems quickly.
  • PostHog — product analytics to understand and improve how the app is used.

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights and users.

4. How long we keep data

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above — typically for as long as you hold an account, and for a limited period afterwards to meet legal, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

You can delete your account directly in the app (Profile → Account → Delete account), which removes your personal data subject to the limited retention described above. You can also email us to exercise any of these rights, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

Our website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the site to function and to understand aggregate usage. We do not use them to build advertising profiles. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

7. How we protect your data

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your information and to limit who can access it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows the current version, and we will highlight material changes where appropriate.
