Terms of Service
The terms behind your Click Mobile connectivity.
These terms explain how the Click Mobile eSIM service works, your responsibilities, and ours. Please read them before purchasing or activating a plan.
Last updated: 4 June 2026
1. The service we provide
Click Mobile provides mobile data connectivity (a telecommunications and connectivity service) delivered over an embedded SIM (eSIM) profile. When you buy a plan, you are purchasing access to a real-world telecommunications service — data connectivity on partner mobile networks in the destinations listed for that plan. You are not purchasing digital content, software, or media.
Connectivity is delivered through our network partners and the mobile operators they interconnect with. Service quality, speed, and availability depend on those underlying networks and local conditions.
2. Your account
To purchase and manage plans you create a Click Mobile account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date so we can deliver your eSIM and support you.
You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence to use the service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- break any applicable law or regulation;
- send spam, malware, or fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful communications;
- resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit connectivity except under a written agreement with us;
- interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the networks, systems, or other users.
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe the service is being misused or used fraudulently.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in the app and on this website at the point of purchase and may change over time. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. Click Mobile does not store your full card details — they are handled by Stripe under its own terms and security standards.
You are charged when your order is confirmed. Applicable taxes or fees, where they apply, are shown before you complete checkout.
5. eSIM activation and validity
After purchase, your eSIM profile becomes available to install from the app. Each plan includes a stated data allowance and a validity period (for example, a number of days). The validity period generally begins when the eSIM first connects to a supported network in a covered destination, unless stated otherwise for the specific plan.
Unused data does not roll over. Any allowance not consumed within the validity period expires and has no cash value. Once a plan has expired, you can purchase a new plan or top up where supported.
6. Device compatibility is your responsibility
eSIM connectivity requires a device that is eSIM-capable and carrier-unlocked. Before purchasing, please confirm your device is compatible using our compatibility guide. We are not responsible for a device that does not support eSIM, is locked to another carrier, or has been modified in a way that prevents installation.
7. Dependence on third-party networks
The service relies on mobile networks operated by third parties. Coverage, speed, and availability are determined by those networks and by factors outside our control, including local infrastructure, regulation, congestion, weather, and your location. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
8. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Click Mobile is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, data, or opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the plan giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Click Mobile is established [governing-law jurisdiction to be confirmed]. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer law gives you additional rights.
